RACE DAY INFORMATION
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES WHEN ON A BIKE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are caught without a helmet you will be asked to leave.
SIGNING UP
Gate opens at 7am - sign-ups start at 7am.

Sign up is on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse.
​
Make sure you have your transponder number with you.
If you need to rent one, do so prior to registering.
​
Register early to avoid delays.
​
If you're new, let us know! We are happy to help you figure everything out.

PRACTICE
The practice order will be posted on the bulletin board near the club house.
​
Classes for practice will not be called. It is your job to pay attention to the order.
​
Practices are broken down by groups (A&B, C, Vet & Women, 85 and Under, etc)
​
Practices are typically around 10 minutes per group.
​
Practice is not a race! This is your opportunity to learn the track.
Please respect others!

MOTOS
After practice, a new race order will be posted on the bulletin board near the club house. Take a pic or grab a paper copy. In the event that there are either not enough entries or too many entries, races will be combined or split up. Always check for the new race order to ensure you are ready for your race time.

Get to staging at least 1 race prior to yours - we will not wait for or look for you.
​
Make sure your transponder is on your bike.
​
Your bike must be CLEARLY NUMBERED with matching numbers on both the front and side.
