Central Cycle Club, Inc. (“Central Cycle Club,” “CCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regularly captures and uses photography and video to document events, promote the club, and share race activities with our community.

By attending or participating in events at Central Cycle Club or by visiting www.centralcycleclub.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

​

1. Photography and Video at Events

Central Cycle Club events are public sporting events where photography and video recording may occur.

​

By entering the facility, attending an event, or participating in any activity at Central Cycle Club, you grant Central Cycle Club permission to capture and use photographs or video that may include your likeness.

​

This may include riders, spectators, volunteers, staff, and event participants.

​

2. Use of Media by Central Cycle Club

Photographs and video captured at Central Cycle Club events may be used for promotional and informational purposes, including but not limited to:

​

  • The Central Cycle Club website

  • Social media platforms

  • Event promotions

  • Printed promotional materials

  • News or media coverage

  • Club historical archives

These materials may be used without compensation to individuals appearing in the media.

3. Media and Photographer Credentials

Professional photographers, videographers, and media representatives who wish to photograph or film events at Central Cycle Club must follow the club’s Media Credential and Media Requirements policies.

​

Media credentials may be required for individuals photographing events for commercial purposes or for distribution beyond personal use.

​

Central Cycle Club reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke media credentials at its discretion.Please reach out to cccmx21@gmail.com for more information.

4. Spectator and Personal Photography

Spectators and attendees are generally welcome to take personal photographs or videos during events for personal, non-commercial use.

​

However:

  • Photography must not interfere with event operations or safety

  • Restricted or controlled areas may not be accessed without authorization

  • Media may not be sold or commercially distributed without permission from Central Cycle Club

​

5. Social Media Sharing

Central Cycle Club may repost or share content from riders, fans, photographers, and media outlets on its official social media pages.

​

By tagging the club or submitting content to Central Cycle Club, you grant permission for the club to share or repost that content with credit where appropriate.

​

6. Removal Requests

Central Cycle Club understands that individuals may occasionally prefer not to appear in published media.

​

Reasonable requests for removal of specific images from Central Cycle Club–controlled platforms may be submitted by contacting the club. While we will attempt to accommodate requests when possible, removal cannot always be guaranteed, particularly for widely distributed or archived media.

​

7. Third-Party Media

Independent photographers, media outlets, or spectators may capture and publish media at events. Central Cycle Club is not responsible for media published by third parties that are not under the club’s control.
